After years in corporate America helping other companies transform, we decided it was time to transform our own lives.
The entrepreneurial spirit runs deep in my family — shaped by hard work on both sides. I followed in my mom’s footsteps into business, and while I didn’t become a bricklayer like my dad, I’ve always wanted the opportunity to build something meaningful — especially alongside the people I love.
My wife and I spent years on the road leading business transformations, chasing results and chasing time. And through it all, one truth kept rising to the surface: the essence of life is in relationships.
